ReploChat is built for teams. As an admin you can invite managers who work inside your workspace — sharing the same WhatsApp numbers, contacts, templates, and inbox — while you control what each of them can access.
How the workspace model works
There are three roles:
| Role | What they do |
|---|---|
| Admin | Owns the workspace, billing, and the subscription. That's you. |
| Manager | A team member you invite. Works under your account and shares your workspace. |
| Super Admin | Platform operator — not part of a customer workspace. |
Managers belong to your account, so all data ownership and billing resolve to you, the owner. Your team shares one workspace and one quota — a manager's actions count against your plan's limits, not a separate allowance.
Add a team member
- Open Permissions (Team) from the navigation.
- Invite a manager with their name, email, and a password.
- Set which modules they can access (inbox, contacts, campaigns, and so on).
- Save. They can now log in and work the shared number alongside you.
👥 Your plan's add-user limit caps how many managers you can invite. If you've hit it, remove an inactive member or upgrade on the billing page.
What team members share
- The connected WhatsApp numbers and business profiles.
- The shared inbox, contacts, and templates.
- Campaigns and chatbot flows.
Good team hygiene
- Give each person their own login — never share credentials.
- Grant only the access a role needs.
- Remove members who leave promptly to free a seat and protect data.
Frequently asked
Do managers need their own subscription? No. They work under your plan and share its limits.
If a manager sends a campaign, whose quota is used? Yours — the workspace owner's. All usage is counted at the owner level.
