Timing changes results. A reminder that lands the morning of an appointment, or an offer that arrives at lunchtime, outperforms the same message sent at random. Scheduled campaigns let you build a broadcast now and have ReploChat deliver it automatically at the time you choose.
How scheduling works
You create the campaign exactly like a normal one, but instead of sending immediately you set a send time. ReploChat's scheduler checks for due campaigns every minute and dispatches them in the background — no need to keep a browser open.
Schedule a campaign
- Go to Campaigns → Schedule.
- Pick the connected number, an approved template, and your audience.
- Map the template variables to contact fields for personalisation.
- Choose the date and time to send.
- Save. The campaign appears in Schedule History as scheduled until it runs.
Tracking and managing
Schedule History shows every queued and completed campaign with its status. When a scheduled campaign runs, it delivers and records per-recipient results just like an instant campaign, so the reporting is identical.
The scheduler runs with overlap protection — a long-running send won't be started twice if the next minute ticks before it finishes.
Good scheduling habits
- Avoid late nights and very early mornings — respect the customer's day.
- Stagger large sends rather than dumping everything on one minute.
- Double-check the template is approved before the scheduled time, or the send will fail.
- Use segments so the timing and content suit each group.
Frequently asked
What if my plan limit is reached when it runs? The campaign owner's plan is re-checked at send time; if you're over the campaign limit the run is stopped. Keep headroom or upgrade — see Plans, Billing & Limits.
Can I cancel a scheduled campaign? Yes, before its send time, from Schedule History.
