A campaign sends an approved template to many contacts at once — your product launch, flash sale, or reminder. ReploChat handles delivery in the background and records the result for every recipient so you can measure what worked. This guide covers sending a compliant bulk campaign.
Before you send
- You need at least one approved message template.
- Your audience must have opted in to hear from you — this protects your number's quality rating.
- Your contacts should be imported and ideally labelled for segmentation.
Send a campaign
- Go to Campaigns → Create Campaign.
- Select the connected number and an approved template.
- Choose your audience — all contacts, or a labelled segment.
- Map the template variables to contact fields (e.g. name, order number) so every message is personalised.
- Review the preview, then send. ReploChat queues the messages and delivers them in the background.
What happens after you hit send
ReploChat writes a record for each recipient and updates it as Meta reports back: sent → delivered → read, and any reply. You can watch progress on the campaign's detail page and review everything later in Campaign History.
Stay compliant (and un-banned)
| Do | Don't |
|---|---|
| Message only opted-in contacts | Buy or scrape phone lists |
| Segment so each message is relevant | Send the same blast to everyone |
| Warm up new numbers gradually | Send huge volume on day one |
| Make opting out easy | Ignore opt-out requests |
Your number carries a quality rating. A few "block" or "report" taps can throttle your sending limits — relevance and consent are your best protection.
Campaigns and your plan
Your plan's campaign limit governs how many campaigns you can run. Managers in your workspace draw from the same quota. To send at a future time instead of now, see Schedule Campaigns for Later. To measure impact, see the analytics in your dashboard.
Frequently asked
Can I send free-form text in a campaign? No — business-initiated bulk sends require an approved template. Free-form replies are only possible inside the 24-hour window after a customer messages you.
Why are some messages "failed"? Common causes: the number isn't on WhatsApp, the contact blocked you, or you hit a tier limit. Check the campaign detail for per-recipient status.
