ReploChat is a WhatsApp Business API platform for businesses that sell and support customers on WhatsApp. It gives your team one shared inbox for all your WhatsApp numbers, approved message templates and campaigns, an AI assistant that answers from your own business information, a no-code chatbot builder, WhatsApp Flows forms, a simple CRM with a sales pipeline, and automatic order messages for Shopify and WooCommerce stores.
We focus on one channel and try to do it properly. ReploChat is WhatsApp only: no Instagram, Messenger, SMS or email. That keeps the product simple to learn and lets us go deep on the things WhatsApp-first businesses need, like cash-on-delivery confirmation and the 24-hour customer service window.
ReploChat is built by GOFTECH, a software company in Pakistan. We built ReploChat because we saw businesses around us running their sales on WhatsApp with shared phones, missed messages and spreadsheets, while the tools that solved this were priced in foreign currency, sold key features as add-ons, or added a margin to every message. We sell worldwide, with prices in PKR for Pakistan and USD everywhere else.

Principles

You connect your own WhatsApp Business Account and Meta bills it directly. We add nothing on top of Meta's per-message charges.
Access tokens are encrypted, webhooks are signed, logins are verified by email code and actions are recorded in audit logs.
ReploChat uses Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). You connect your number with Meta's one-click Embedded Signup, your WhatsApp Business Account stays in your name, and your templates are reviewed by Meta. There are no unofficial tools or browser hacks that put your number at risk. ReploChat is independent software and is not made by WhatsApp or Meta.
