How to automate birthday messages on WhatsApp with ReploChat
Step 1: add a date field for birthdays
Go to Contacts > Fields and add a new field named "Birthday" with type date. Add more for other occasions: "Customer since", "Anniversary", "Policy start", "Membership renewal". The field key is used in imports and cannot be changed later, so choose a clear one like birthday.
Step 2: fill in the dates
- One by one: edit the contact under Contacts and enter the date. It then shows on the contact profile.

- Go to Automation > Date reminders.
